3. Project Proposal & Acceptance
A project shall be considered officially accepted once any one of the following occurs:
• Proposal approval
• Written confirmation
• Email confirmation
• WhatsApp confirmation
• Purchase Order
• Advance payment
• Subscription activation
• Digital acceptance
Once accepted, both parties agree to execute the project professionally according to the agreed scope.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate information.
• Share required business documents.
• Deliver branding assets.
• Provide website access if required.
• Provide hosting/domain access if applicable.
• Respond to approvals within reasonable timelines.
• Review submitted work promptly.
• Ensure all supplied content is legally owned.
• Obtain necessary permissions for trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, or copyrighted materials.
Project delays caused by the client shall automatically extend delivery timelines.
5. Service Modifications
Every project evolves over time.
Any request outside the agreed proposal, quotation, or scope shall be treated as additional work and may require revised pricing, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.
Minor revisions may be included where applicable.
Major revisions, redesigns, or new requirements will be quoted separately.
6. Pricing & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Projects generally begin after receiving the agreed advance payment.
• Remaining payments shall follow the milestones or schedule mentioned in the quotation, invoice, or proposal.
• Subscription-based services shall be billed according to their respective billing cycles.
• All invoices must be paid on or before the due date.
Late payments may result in:
• Service suspension
• Delay in delivery
• Additional late payment charges (if applicable)
• Temporary suspension of advertising campaigns
• Suspension of hosting, maintenance, or support services.
7. Taxes
All quotations, invoices, and pricing are exclusive of applicable government taxes unless specifically mentioned.
Clients are responsible for paying GST or any other statutory taxes applicable under Indian law.
8. Third-Party Costs
Unless specifically included in the proposal, the following are billed separately:

• Web hosting
• SSL Certificates
• Premium plugins

• Stock images
• Paid fonts
• API subscriptions

9. Subscription Services

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Katariya Global follows a professional resource allocation model. Once a project has been approved and work has commenced, dedicated resources, planning, research, strategy, software, and technical efforts are allocated.
Accordingly:
• All completed work is non-refundable.
• Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Consultation fees are non-refundable.
• Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, or other third-party platforms are strictly non-refundable.
• Domain registrations, hosting plans, SSL certificates, premium plugins, software licenses, AI subscriptions, and third-party purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of Katariya Global under exceptional circumstances.
Project cancellation by the client shall not entitle the client to a refund for work already completed.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All strategies, frameworks, proposals, reports, designs, templates, documents, automation workflows, AI prompts, marketing methodologies, dashboards, software logic, business systems, and internal processes developed by Katariya Global remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of complete payment:
• Final approved deliverables become the property of the client.
However, Katariya Global retains ownership of:
• Internal frameworks
• Marketing methodologies
• Automation systems
• Proposal formats
• Internal documentation
• Proprietary AI workflows
• Reusable software components
• Internal code libraries
• Business processes
Third-party software, APIs, plugins, themes, fonts, stock assets, cloud services, and licensed tools remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own license agreements.
12. Portfolio Rights
Unless specifically restricted through a written agreement, Katariya Global reserves the right to display completed work within:

Clients remain solely responsible for all materials provided to Katariya Global, including:

• Trademarks
• Copyrighted assets
• Brand names
• Product descriptions
• Legal claims
The client confirms that all supplied content is legally owned or properly licensed.
Katariya Global shall not be responsible for any copyright infringement arising from client-provided materials.
15. Website, Hosting & Domain Responsibility
Unless specifically included in the proposal:
Katariya Global does not own or control:
• Client hosting accounts
• Domain names
• Email servers
• DNS services
• Cloud infrastructure
Clients remain responsible for maintaining active hosting, domain renewals, email services, and related third-party subscriptions.
Failure to renew these services may result in website downtime for which Katariya Global shall not be held responsible.
16. SEO, GEO & AI Visibility Disclaimer
Search engines and AI platforms operate independently.
While Katariya Global follows industry best practices, we do not guarantee:

Where practical, reasonable notice will be provided before suspension or termination.
22. Client-Initiated Termination
Clients may request termination of a project or service by providing written notice.
Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for work already completed, milestones achieved, approved deliverables, or third-party expenses incurred before the termination request.
23. Communication
Official communication may take place through:

Project approvals, confirmations, and instructions provided through these communication channels may be treated as valid business communication.
